Full Exterior Overhaul – Pasadena
This project represented a complete exterior transformation. The existing siding was failing, and water intrusion had caused significant damage to the underlying structure. Our team started by stripping the home down to the sheathing to properly assess and repair all rotted wood.
Once the structure was sound, we installed a comprehensive moisture management system using Norandex house wrap before installing the new vinyl siding. The roof was also replaced to ensure the home was completely watertight from top to bottom.
